We used Kidsniteout on our last trip so my DH and I could have a date night in Epcot. She came on time, went over her rules and the company's policy and gave us an overview of what activities she had in store for the kids. My DH was nervous so he set up a Nest camera in the corner which connects with his phone. We didn't see anything wrong going on. I saw coloring and dancing and singing. She had them in pjs and in bed when we got back. No complaints. They don't do swimming or baths.

I have used disneys childcare centers, specifically the one at animal kingdom lodge. Personally, I felt more comfortable with that in public, with more than one person watching, than I do with a stranger in a hotel room with my child.

That's just my paranoia, though. I had no complaints with the childcare and my son enjoyed!

We've used Kids Nite Out (when DS was younger) and now use the Disney child care centers. Both are great! Kids Nite Out is Disney's approved child care service. I wouldn't hire anyone else.
