Baby Swap? Single rider line?

We have twins (they'll be 4 in March). Obviously, they're too young/small to go on things like Everest & Space Mountain so I was wondering whether anyone knew if ALL the height requirement type rides at WDW (all parks) had the baby swap option. Does it work with FastPass? What about the single rider line? When we went to Universal in September we used that and never waited more than 5 minutes to get on a ride. Does this work separately if you're a season pass holder? Any and all responses are appreciated. April '07 will be the first of several trip to WDW in 2007 and while it's (mostly) about the kids, I haven't been in many moons and want to be able to take advantage of the more adult stuff too...

Thanks!

Yes. All the rides offer baby swap and it can be used with fast pass. We also used it with a GAC for our oldest and never ran into a problem! Love baby swap!!!

If it's just you and another adult, and the too-small kids, single rider may be the way to go on the attractions that offer it...

Or just get two FPs, and go one at a time? That would be the same as a Fp and a child swap, wouldn't it?
