Baby Swap for FEA?

It says on-line that they will baby swap FEA, but I want to check if anyone has ever been given one, since it's also listed as a ride accessible to anyone of any age.
Have a 1 year old who actually could ride, but really doesn't like dark places - and I now have a grandparent who lives in FL with an AP who wants to meet us that day and I can no longer get him a FP for it - so I thought at least we could swap with the baby and we'd all get to take turns and ride with the older grandkids. Has anyone had success getting a baby swap pass for this one? TIA!
