does something called baby swap exist for those who have babies in the group so they dont have to queue twice for things?

if so how does it work?

i've never used it myself, but it certainly does exist - it is mentioned in the video guide in all the disney hotels. as far as i know, you queue as normal, then when you get to the front, one of you goes on while the other watches the baby/child. Then when your partner has came off, you (who, dependent on the ride, are either standing at the entrance or exit) swap the baby over and you can go on the ride.

Pretty vague, but as far as I know there is no 'baby swap' tickets issued or anything like that.

It's quiet easy.
One of the parents has to queue the normal way. The other one is waiting at the exit of the attraction (f.e. Crush, BTM or Space Mountain), with the baby, and tells the CM that he/she wants to do the baby switch.
So you have to wait until your partner has finished the ride. Then you switch the child over to your partner and enter the ride thru the exit. Of course ONLY with the permission from the CM in charge.
If you are lucky one of your friend can join you, so you don't have to ride alone.

yes it exists and it is really easy, as has been said one of you queues, then rides, the other stays outside wiht the sprogs, when they get back you go in the back way ( or fp entrance if it is a fp ride) and ride the ride. we did this with indiana jones ( OH-My-GOD why did i go on that ride, i nearly peed myself it is soooo scary)
