Baby sitting services for child with Gtube?

Dh and I were thinking about trying to hire one of the sitter services that are offered. However, my son has a compromised airway and a gtube. I am not worried about the airway issues as if he appears to be in danger of possibly having ANY issues at all, I won't leave him!!! But, the Gtube is there regardless. I am not asking them to feed him or give medication through it, but they would have to contact us immediately if the tube were pulled out. So, I could come and put it back in. Is that possible???
