Baby-Sitting performed by Kid's Nite Out???

I saw this listed under kids programs at WDW site. Does anyone have information on this program or group?? Are they Disney affiliated?? I assume it is in-room babysitting. I am hoping it will be a more affordable than three kids at the Neverland club. YIKES!! Keeping our fingers crossed for another Fairytale package and would do the silver add on just for access to the kids programmig and a night or two out!!
