Baby Sitting on site?

I'll be staying at BLT Nov 20-30th and we have 4 kids: 8, 8, 4 & 2. I don't think they can stay at the kids club... has anyone ever used babysitters at WDW? If so how good/comfortable were you leaving your kids with them. I'd love a night out with my DW.

we used a sitter for our daughter who became ill just before we left for dinner show. I do not remember the name, referred by CM. The girl who came out was very nice and took good care of our DD. Do note it is costly.

We also routinely used Fairy Godmothers before our child was old enough for the kids' club. Great experience, great sitters!

We have always used kidsniteout.
Our kids are 8, 4 and 5 now.
We have been using them for 3 years.

The kids LOVE the down time.
They bring toys and crafts and games for the kids.
We always request a College Age Female.

The kids get a night to rest and get to bed early
and Mom and Dad get a nice night out...

We have used Kids Night Out several times and will be using them again in May. They are great! They are not owned by Disney but are teh service Disney recommends on its website. Kids Night Out also has a website - you can Google it. They offer sitting for all Orlando area hotels.

We have used the Fairy Godmothers service several times over the past 7 years and have always been very happy. We usually use them 2-3 times/trip and often ask for the same sitter we have had in the past.

We've used both Kids Nite Out and Fairy Godmothers for in room babysitting before our daughter could go to the Disney childcare centers. Our experience with Kids Nite Out was always great. Our Fairy Godmothers experiences were mostly positive, but we did experience one babysitter from them who did not follow our instructions for the kid's bedtimes. Nothing terrible happened from that, but it created a bad experience for the kids, which resulted in phone calls to us while we were trying to enjoy a night out. After that we just stuck with Kids Nite Out.
