We are having a shower for my sister. Where can I order invitations for about 75 people on a budget?

What about using pre-printed blank cardstock - and then print the info on from your computer.

and example is: CLICK HERE

I don't know what the shipping is - but the cost is $2.18 for 26, including envelopes.

Are they all family and friends? Could do you just do online evite? I am sure they all heard about it from word of mouth anyway...

Or is that considered rude nowadays. :confused3

I held one for a friend in the fall. I use this website to design them http://www.uprintinvitations.com Paid $10.00. That had them printed at walgreens as photos. You can also have one of the designers on the Disigns board whip someting up. I have done that a few times also.

I can't get that link to work. Can you repost it? thanks

Target has really cute printable invitations. There are some in the store but a bigger selection online. Most of them are about $20 for a box of 50.

I just bought old fashioned noah's ark invitations from Target that I hand printed. A box was like $6.95. You may need a few boxes for 75 people.

I bought the matching Thank You cards and then had people write their own addresses on the envelopes so it was easier for the mom-to-be when it came time to write the Thank yous. I personally hand wrote the addresses of people who sent gifts to my house ahead of time because they wouldn't be able to attend the shower (out of town).

The Dollar Tree.

Seriously!
I saw them there and called my mom and asked her if she wanted me to snatch them (since stuff there seems to fly off the shelves) and she had me get them.

They were packages of 10 for a buck and super cute! I got my Thank You notes there, too. $.10/piece!

I think mom went back after I found those and got the favor boxes and plates/cups/napkins, too!

I used PearTree Greetings for my sister's graduation invitations and they were fabulous. We got invites with 3 pictures, custom printed, arrived in about 7 business days. They were postcard style. One of her friends ordered really expensive invitations from a local place and spent three times what we did and hers weren't as nice. We got 48 shipped for under $40.

The entering of info is a little tricky, but once you figure it out everything goes smoothly.

ETA They also have 10% off this weekend

I second the Dollar stores!

And vista print does really nice ones if you don't want to write them all out...they always have 100 free postcards for new accounts...make your invites out of the postcards & then add envelopes for a small fee. :) Very inexpensive finished product!

A lot of people I know have been designing things on a 4x6 size (like on photoshop or whatever) and then printing them on pictures for a few cents each. . . cheap and really cute way to do invites :)

I would either do vista print depending upon how long you have, or go to michael's or ac moore and get the box of 50 plain invitations and print yourself. That's what I've done for one's I've given. I even used these for my wedding.

We just made 100 of them from Publisher for DD's baby shower this weekend. We printed 4 to a page and cut them apart to make postcards out of them. They are very cute!!

Also, a friend and I were looking online at the Microsoft website. They have templates for everything on there and they are all free. You can pull up a template and print them off yourself. They have some really cute baby shower ones too.

I'm pretty sure that HP has a bunch of free templates on their site, too. I just made some Baby Shower invites using digital scrapbooking software, printed them at home on cardstock, and they came out really nice!
