I want to reserve the Aladdin's Oasis on-the-go package for MSEP, but when I went to reserve online, I wondered...do I need to buy a meal/package for my baby in order to get a voucher to bring her in the stroller into the reserved area for the parade? It kinda seems dumb to have to pay for a whole meal for a 10 month old who can't eat it, but I could see that she might need a voucher because she'd be taking a "spot" in the reserved area for the show.
Anyone come across this issue before? I'm new to the parade package thing!
Thanks.

Nope. "Free" kids don't count when it comes to those types of things.

Do they allow strollers in the FP roped off area? It seemed like a lot of people were parking strollers by IASW. It wasn't clear if that was voluntary or mandatory. But thinking back, when I was there for PTN, I don't think there were any strollers in the viewing area.

Before it was a premium viewing area, they allowed strollers over there. Not sure if that's changed.

Are adults able to order from the kids menu?
In general, yes -- there's typically a double charge for double portion arrangement. For the dining/show packages, I don't think so.

I've read that others have had success buying a kid's meal at Aladdin's for an adult and they were not charged more. The Blue Bayou is a whole other story though. Table Service restaurants are much more strict, as someone mentioned the best that would be offered is a kid's meal at double the price. But I think the dining package is a flat rate, so I'm not sure about that.

We were in the AO preferred viewing area over by IASM, and a family was able to bring their stroller in.

I was skeptical about the whole AO dining package, but I'm glad we did it. We got a good spot at the top of the steps, and there were only people sitting on the lower steps, so we had a great view of the parade. I also recommend staying for the fireworks, that is a GREAT spot to watch them (facing IASM). The projections on the IASM facade were so neat!
