Baby Items at Wyndham Bonnet Creek?

We are Wyndham owners, and have stayed at several of their resorts, including BC. This will be the first time we are traveling to BC with our DS, who will be 1 on our November trip.

We are still trying to decide between driving and flying. If we drive, we will bring our own Pack'n'Play for him to sleep in. If we fly, we'd be depending on BC to provide one. I was told I could request one at check-in, as well as a highchair. So my question is, has anyone ever had a problem requesting a Pack'n'Play and being able to get one? Of course, I have no idea how many the resort has, and how many people request them. I just don't want to get there and end up with nowhere for DS to sleep!

They provide the pack n plays and high chairs for free. Just tell them when you check in and they will be delivered to your room. I always tip the person that brings them.

We have never had a problem getting them and we have twins -- double of everything!

As for concerns about them running out, I would not worry about it. The Disney area hotels have more pack n plays than any other place in the world!

If you are driving and stopping for the night along the way, I would be far more concerned that that hotel has what you need.

Have fun!

Thanks for the reassurance! :goodvibes If we drive, it would not be a problem, because we'd be bringing our own. DH just didn't want to check it on the plane if we fly and have it get damaged!

Were the ones you got from WBC in good condition? We'd be bringing our own sheets for sure.

The pack n plays we got were in fine shape. I would take as little with you on the plane as possible if you fly, especially if you have to pay to check baggage. Travel light and pick up any items you need at the store when you arrive. After we check in I make a run to Super Walmart to get all the stuff we need for the week.

Thanks for the info! We always fly Southwest to Disney because it is the only one with a direct flight from New Orleans, and it almost always cheapest for us, so no baggage fees. We figure we'll be getting in around noon if we fly, so plenty of time for a grocery run before we can check into our unit! :thumbsup2
