Unless you use somewhere local to the hospital, you may have a hard time getting it there in time. Even if you were to overnight it, they could have already left the hospital. It seems like new moms and babies stay shorter and shorter periods of time these days. Good luck!
May I suggest that what ever you send....send to their home after mom and baby have arrived. There is just way too much stuff to bring home from the short stay in the hospital.
I sent my sister a basket with snacks and wine - the last thing you need in the hospital is a bunch of cheap bottles, rattles, and onsies. However, you're in there for 4 - 5 days after a c/s, and hospital food isn't the best (I've had 5 kids - I would send DH out for food).
While the wine baskets look great, the hospital I work at is not allowed to accept anything that contains alcohol. (There are many reasons for this, the first being that not all the personnel that work on the dock are over 21YO.) I would check what the hospital's policies on this are.
I think you are better to send a gift to their house after they get home.
