Baby gear not easily found in the UK

I am visiting my new niece in London in March. She will be 3 months old. Are there any baby gear/supplies (cheap or expensive) that is not so easily found in the UK that is popular here in the US? Or things that are pricey in the UK but cheap here? I'd like to bring her some small gifts and maybe a big gift and need some suggestions from our UK friends

Nothing bulky since it will have to fit into my luggage.

Thank you all so much. I'd like to bring her something nice but just cannot come up with any ideas. I did say I would bring a pair of Robeez shoes since it was one of my favorite baby gear for my own babies. This is their first baby so very new parents.

I can't really think of anything apart from the USA Disney store has way more baby stuff than here in the UK.

Thanks everyone. Sounds like stores have pretty much the same things?

My sister in law did ask me to go thrift hunting for them. She said they have been to the Nearly New sales to pick up stuff but from our price comparison, I should be able to get used clothes much cheaper in the US. I live in Canada and shop primarily in US thrift stores too because it's much cheaper than here. Plus the US just has a bigger selection.

Then again, I live in a small city in Canada. I figure with London being so big, selection is probably much much better.

Hi, I used to go to a shop called Hartstrings whenever we were in Orlando. They had beautiful baby/girls clothes that you wouldnt see anywhere else. Everybody used to comment when our daughter wore them because you could tell they were excellent quality. Our new baby girl is 16 weeks now and I cant wait to go there with her this Easter...I just had a quick look at their online shop and they have lots of stuff on sale at the moment but they dont ship to the UK!!
