We will have the same problem as DS will be around 11 months when we go and will be crawling by then. There is a play area in Pizza Planet but I haven't been in here for years so I don't know how suitable it is for a crawling toddler. Maybe someone else will?????
This is it as far as indoor play areas goes, as far as I can remember, so it's going to be interesting!
It was a few years ago, but when my middle DD was 11 months old, we went to a baby changing place and was pleasantly surprised at how well-equipped it was. There was a small 'play room' (I think lost children were kept there) and DD had a crawl about in there. We have some great photos of Chip & Dale playing with her there. I think they must have popped in for a break! I was able to feed her in comfort and warmth, and she got to get out of her pushchair for a while.
We took her on a few of the rides too: IASW, POTC. She slept for quite a lot of the time but did enjoy sitting in the highchairs with the Mickey ears! You could also pop in to the DLH and let her have a crawl around. I will be doing this with DD in January who will be 15 months.

Personally I'd say it's unsuitable for children under the age of about 2 or 3. It's certainly not suitable for a crawler as there are simply too many bigger children running around.
Unfortunatly the toddlers in Disney seem to get a duff deal however they don't have to pay for entracne so I guess that's a plus
Must admit that is one of the things that worries me taking DD2 next year (we were looking to go just after she's 1). We went in Sept and she was 5 months and it was perfect as she was obviously happy just to stay in her pushchair and look around and sleep However, I recall going away with my DD1 at 12 months (she wasn't walking and it wasn't to Disney) and it was awful as it was hard letting her out to crawl about/be out of her pushchair.... That is the only downside. Hope you manage to find somewhere - I agree that the baby change place has a nice play area but as Joolz says it is meant for lost children so not sure how they'd take to you using it??
hi now please dont jump on me but i got back from disney about 3 weeks ago with my 18 month old and tbh it really did disapoint me how unbaby friendly was.the rides were fab as most rides you can take a child over the age of 1 and my little girl was obssesed with buzz..but- there is absolutley no where for the little one to stretch , and tbh i wouldnt trust my little one walking on her reins either coz unfortunally peoples senses dont seem to work 100% in disney and i can not honeslty tell you how many people fell in to her pushchair , barged past etc etc. im not trying to put you off but its def something you should know as then you can be a bit more organised when going, even little things like eating caused problems as they had 4 high chairs in the whole restaurant!!! so you really have to think ahead.anyway as for your question the only thing i can really surgest is use your hotel, get to the park early and if you stayin at a disney hotel go back to it after 11 as its will be hardley busy and your little on can go explore
We went with a crawling baby in October and it was very difficult. In the end we just bought some thick trousers on him (and we had a waterproof all-in-one) and let him crawl on the floor. There are some crowd-free areas - much of the studios was very open and spacious - he loved crawling around the front lot of the Studios! Much of Adventureland and Frontierland can be quiet... Just make sure to wash lo's hands afterwards! On the odd occasion he needed to stretch about where it was busy, I stood over him with one leg either side of him, so any passing adults couldn't step on him
