You can take jars of baby food in as long as they contain no meat products, sorry not sure about the pre made cartons of milk we took a couple of tins of SMA and some of the ready measured sachets of powder. we bought babyfood out there ds prefered it to the ones we have here!
We took 20 jars of food with us last year and certainly knew nothing of a restriction on meat, I had to taste the foods we carried onto the plane which was pretty awful! I'll second that the food over there is pretty good, well, DD liked it but I think it has more sugar/sweeteners than they get over here, remember it being nowhere near as bland as the UK food which is not necessarily a good thing for babies. She ate all but the weirdest combinations though.
The only thing that concerned me was we put the glass jars inside my socks to stop them shattering and also causing too much mess if they did break, so consequently my suitcase when xrayed would have had long strings of dense grenade sized items with two large tins of powder (sma) at one end.
