Can you take baby food into parks? The jars? or just plastic containers?

I have read that there are Baby Care Centers, but is this the only place you can buy baby food?

Also what kinds do they sell?

Thanks for the info!!!:)

Jarred baby food is the only exception to the "no glass containers" rule at the Disney parks. Bring in as much as you need.

I searched to see if I could find more info on the baby food sold at the Baby Centers. It appears they sell Gerber in five flavors. But I didn't see info on what those are. A post from Jan 2008 said the jars were medium sized and $1.29 each.

Thanks to you all for your replys!!

Wonder what those flavors are?

I'll be sure to take pack what we need.

I'm so bad....I'm daydreaming that when DH comes home I'll tell him that we need to load up the car and head to the Magic Kingdom so we can answer your question for you :cool1: . Too bad we are 8 1/2 hour drive from Orlando :rotfl: .

I know that the baby care center at MGM had applesauce, bananas, and something orange (carrots or sweet potatoes, maybe?). I'm sure they had other varieties as well, but I don't recall which ones. They were all Gerber Stage 2. My DS was eating Stage 1 at the time, but I forgot his food so I bought the Stage 2 and he did fine with it.

Thanks!! As long as there's applesauce, we are good. DS does eat tablefood, but not enough, we still give him some baby food.

It is probably quite spendy to buy in the parks. When we went, we brought our own. You can ship items to the hotel ahead of time if you don't want to travel with all the food!

You are right!! I am not packing or shipping anything for the baby. Once we to Orlando, we will go shopping for everything that we need.

Where is the nearest SuperTarget, Walmart or BabiesRUS to WDW? We are no staying onsite, but we are suppose to be pretty close. The address is on Arabian Knights Blvd. Is that close?
