What do you think of these CDs and videos? What is your favorite? Any you dislike? Thanks.

personally MM I'm about sick of them - but the baby loves them. Whenever anybody puts a DVD in the player, he will stop to watch the first few minutes. If the Baby Einstein Worm toy doesn't appear, he collapses on the floor and has a mini-hissy fit.

:p

His favorite by far is Baby Beethovan. He also likes World Animals, except for the Dolphins because for some odd reason Dolphins scare the piss out of him. The language one isn't up to par -- none of us enjoy it vey much.

My 3 YO still LOVES them. My SIL calls them "Baby Crack" due to the addictive nature of them for little ones. Her DD can just sit and watch the same one over and over and over...... She keeps it on repeat play and can get a LOT done around the house when those movies are on!!

Love them!! Well, technically speaking, DS loves them. I don't remember if there were specific ones he liked better than others, but we had most of the videos and a couple other games/flashcards/etc. from the series. :)

That Julie Clark has got to me a multi-millionaire! My DS watched all of those. I even think today they released a new one, baby Davinci.

My DD loved Einstein and Mozart the best. :)

Zack loves them! I think Neptune and Van Gogh are his current favorites. These DVDs sure help me get done some things around the house! :D

Baby Bach is our household favorite. But here's the thing. I would not let my DS watch them for a long time because I witnessed a couple place their infant in their swing in front of the TV, turn this on and leave them there for hours on end. There's something really messed up about that. I don't think babies should watch TV. My son began watching it when he was over a year old and he does like it. I agree that the language one is really wierd and I don't think it helps, but he does watch it on occassion, but he really doesn't watch a lot of TV at all.

We have most of the CDs and play them ALL the time. The baby is too young for the DVDs still so

The toys are incredible. DD is 5mths and loves the tigger puppet that plays London Bridge. Loved the activity mat when she was really small. She likes the duck that plays music (forget who). I also just got her the piano, trumpet, pop up toy and shape short recently. She loves the music so the B.E. are her favorites.

All of our boys love them, even at almost 5 years old the oldest will watch it!! We have 10 or 12 of them, a boxed set we got on ebay last year. *MY* favorite is the Christmas one, cuz I'm a xmas nut. :p The boys like all of them.

Ok, how early did you start your kids on these? We have a few but, haven't watched them yet. (DS just turned 3 months). Shhhh, don't tell my mom I asked this question, she just told me she has researched this subject and found that tv before a certain age can cause ADHD because of all the "activity" on the tv can confuse a baby?
