They are pretty much equipped for everything you need to handle anything baby-related, with the exception of naps/cribs. They also have a small area with kid sized tables and chairs and books and movies for your other kids to wait or just take some time out at the parks. The MK baby care center also has toddler-sized toilets and a standing bowl for rinsing cloth diapers. Both of them have great nursing areas, high chairs, and sell baby stuff. They are staffed by really lovely women, as well. I wish everywhere I went had Disney baby care centers!
