The baby care stations are great! They have nice high chairs just like the ones you would use at home, and nice big padded changing tables, including paper liners (and they're are cleaned by a cm after each use). There are also other things you can buy for a nominal fee there - baby formula (Carnation brand, I think), baby food, diapers, etc. in case you forgot something or have an "emergency". There is also a room with a few toys and a small tv where older kids can take a break as well. They even have a "nursing mom's" room for those looking for a quiet and private place to nurse. I'm not sure about bottle warmers but they also have a little kitchenette and a sink for washing and hot water, so I'm sure that you will be able to warm a bottle. After my ds got a little older, we started giving him his bottle cold and he just got used to it that way which really saves on the effort of warming it every time.
Here are the locations of the baby care centers in case you weren't aware:
Magic Kingdom -- at the end of Main Street, behind the Crystal Palace Restaurant on you way to Adventureland. It is tucked away in a small courtyard near the first aid station.
Epcot -- on the backside of the Odyssey Restaurant on the walkway from Test Track to Mexico. This is a very neat station as many times the workers from the Mexican Pavilion come over to relieve the cast members. It is great to talk to them about their travels and country while you are taking a break.
MGM-Studios -- just inside the entrance near guest services on the left as you enter.
Animal Kingdom -- near the Creature Comforts gift shop in the Safari Village on the left side of The Tree of Life.
