baby cakes the next day

We are so excited to try them! How do they keep? I'm thinking it might be fun to get some muffins or other breakfast treat for the next morning to break the monotony of cheerios.

My niece had bought some and ate it the next day. She said it was still good, although a bit drier.
I have to say that very little of what she bought survived to the next day. She was so happy to have good gluten free things that she ate them up pretty quickly.

They had a discount if you bought six items at once (you can mix and match) so I ended up eating some of my products a day or two after purchase. They are still tasty, just not quite as fresh. But I still loved everything I had!

We have a condo nearby and buy a half dozen of the donuts at a time (that makes it only 18.00) ACKKK but I digress. Anyway my husband has gone in and bought about 5 days worth of donuts at a time and found them to be fine.

We had some cookies, cupcakes, brownies, and this blueberry/cinnamon sugar cake from baby cakes this trip.... Everything stayed well in the fridge, but the baker told us that the cupcakes icing will not do well if not refrigerated. My favorites were the cookies and the blueberry-cinnamon sugar cake... I have multiple allergies so it was a pleasant surprise. I actually like the French Meadow Brownies that Disney has in the parks (Gluten Free/Nut Free) better than the brownies at baby cakes, though.

I traveled from Florida to Michigan with cupcakes, frosting, and donuts. It took 2 days due to winter conditions and I ate them for about a week. They were drier, but they seemed to be OK. I would definitely recommend refrigerating anything w/frosting though, since it's coconut oil based and will melt. I live in FL now and when I get a chance to hit babycakes, I buy a lot and then freeze then. They freeze pretty well. I actually have mint/brownie cupcakes in my freezer right now!
