Can you not find any of the £1648 to work for you?
Presuming you are going to MCO or TPA of course.![]()
No, I can find outbound to Orlando if I fly the day before I planned, or outbound to Tampa, but seems the return leg is proving problematic for both - which is odd as I'm looking to fly out at Halloween so expected the outbound to be the problem.
Will ponder. And also wait for Virgin's sale![]()
I hope you find something suitableThis won't be any good to you if you are not booking/havent' booked a Disney onsite reservation, but I rang them last night to see out of interest what a flight inclusive package would come out at and the agent checked and it came up at a little less than the BA sale price I found online. She also mentioned that she had changed a few room and ticket packages to flight inclusive yesterday afternoon as some guests were telling her that the flight inc she was quoting worked out cheaper than them adding the flights themselves separately. It didn't make any difference for my dates, albeit slightly better than doing a DIY package, but she mentioned that 2 guests had called in the afternoon and were delighted to get flights through WDTC for just under £500. It may be worth a look for anyone still stuck and uncertain about prices
when will my flights be released if booking through WDW? As you know doing 5 nights POFQ 30th Nov and either side depending on getting in WLV at 11 months. Are the flights available sooner to Wdw like other tour operators.

No, it seems not. I am sure they used to be because in 2009 I booked flights in April for the following October with them. But when I had a look a few weeks ago for the dates I was looking at it said only 330 days from return date. I guess that puts your opening date to book somewhere in December
Got up early this morning and rang BA. Customer service agent was extremely helpful. After discussing the Price Promise submission he stated that according to the screen shot everything looks perfect and there is no reason why BA should decline it. However when asking more specific questions he very diplomatically let on that there is a general practice of finding some hidden way to decline the request. On that basis I cancelled for a full refund.
I then (using another credit card) booked the same flights on AA for £100 less
now it's the nail biting wait for AA to send confirmation of my booking and eticket. Once that is in I'm a happy bunny and can relax and forget about this flight malarky for another year

Awww, thanks
DVC here though so the packages don't really work out for us.
Feeling a bit more optimistic though now I'm seeing the Virgin availability so will talk with him indoors tonight and hopefully book something up by the weekend latest *crosses fingers*
Then it's time to stalk the exchange rate hourly start planning in earnest!
Glad you got sorted in the end. Presuming AA is a codeshare with BA? Or totally different flights? Did you get your etickets?
Flights are a real pain. I love to book them but I also love to get this best deals which can be painful lol.
Tried looking at AA flights and they where dearer than BA for the same flight.
We got April flights to JFK for next April at £100 off per flight. Pretty pleased with that!

I don't know quite how or why but I was looking at flights for October and the inbound flight on 8th November is cheaper in PE than it is in Economy![]()
