It's been 5 years since I last did a trip to Disney. I used to book direct with the Disney website (which made everything easy peasy in terms of getting Disney reference numbers to link in with the App) but this time I booked the Dolphin using BA Holidays because the deal worked for me. Unfortunately I am struggling to get a Disney reference number for the booking - have tried twice so far with no joy.
Has anyone else had experience of this with BA Holidays? Are there any special words that I need to use with the call centre because when I've talked through the issue it doesn't seem to register and it looks like I need the reference if I want to get Lightning Lanes (which is another wholly new thing for me that I'm trying to get the hang of).
Any help very gratefully appreciated.
