B&TB Refurb

I have been trying since my 60 days opened to get a FP for Beauty and the Beast to no avail - my kids enjoy going with their grandparents while DH and I ride RNR. Today I noticed on WDW website that it is closed for refurbishment from Feb 24 - March 9. I haven't noticed it scheduled on any of the refurb sites that I usually check so perhaps it is a new addition.

I wonder if it will be undergoing any significant changes. I like the show, but the last time we saw it I thought it was looking a bit dated.

Wah!!! It's on our TP for Feb 27th (not FPP)! DD was so looking forward to it. I was hoping the new sing along would be open at Epcot but I haven't seen any news.

I thought something was fishy when I couldn’t get it as a FP 60 days out but couldn’t find any information as to why until today. I’m disappointed too because there’s not much for my little ones to do with my parents in that area of the park while Dh and I do RNR/TOT. I guess they’ll have to go for an ice cream break

Ugh, I started a thread about this on my fp day in December. I was super frustrated because the show had scheduled times listed on the WDW website despite there not being FPs. They could at least update the site to not list showtimes if they know tjose shows won't be offered.
