B Resort or Give up Early Theme Park Entrance?

Hi all! I apologize in advance as I wasn't sure if this should go here or under regular orlando hotels! I am wanting to get some opinions. I booked a room at the B resort and spa for this coming week (3/11-3/18) based on the recommendations from UCT. However, yesterday came across the bad reviews regarding the hotel. I can get a full refund if I cancel today, however, as expected, the only other Disney Spring Hotels that we would be able to afford are not the ones that include the Early theme park entrance. Therefore my question is do I take a risk and hope to received a room that has been rennovated since Nov 2022, or do we give up the early entrance to stay at a better reviewed hotel around the same area? I have checked as many travel websites as I can think of but of course everything is booked. The trip will include myself, husband and 17 year old daughter. Thanks in advance!

I've stayed at many hotels in the Orlando area and B Resort was by far the worst one. The entire hotel was very old/run down and the room had a moldy smell to it. Check in was super slow with only one person working at the front desk. I didn't use the park shuttle or the pool so I can't comment on that. Being able to walk to Disney Springs was nice though. There is also a resort fee (I think it was around $20 a day).

I personally wouldn't want to stay there for an entire week.
