Hello. I was looking at b resort hotel and the pics look nice but I read a lot of reviews on trip advisor stating. Dirty moldy old hotel

can anyone confirm?
Other option was homewood suites lake Brian vista or courtyard Marriott center.
But we like the ability to walk to springs since the nite parking there may be tuff?? Or is that a non issue also

also

I hear there is a Disney outlets store at an outlet mall? If so does it sell the old park merchandise or current or knock off? Cheaper? Damaged?

thanks

Lake Brian vista is the best lake! pirate:

Sorry, I wish I could actually be helpful. But it's a bump, so that helps a little I suppose...

Homewood Suites LBV is a little far to walk.
They do have a LYNX bus stop right in front that comes around every 30 minutes and free parking.

Courtyard Marriot is maybe a 20-25 minute walk. Doable.
They also have a LYNX bus stop right in front of the motel.

Never stayed at B Resort because they have a $20 resort fee or something.
I would say it's still maybe a 10-12 minute walk to the near side of Disney Springs.

Have stayed at B Resort about 6 times and never had an issue with dirty or moldy. Renovation was to a boutique style hotel, lots of white and blue modern. We've been in tower, lanai and garden rooms. If the price was right I would return. As far as old the building is almost 50 years old, it was one of the originals. No matter what they do the footprint remains.

Yes there is a Disney Outlet close by at Vineland Premium. Note that for awhile now there have been queued lines outside and/or return times given. I saw last week some folks were still waiting 2 hours. Merchandise can be hit or miss, I've walked out with bags full and sometimes one item. It is park merchandise fairly new like right now there were some Halloween Party items.

I honestly don't remember the prices. I was there with a girlfriend who was looking for dresses - this was in October

They do a virtual que - you give them your name and phone number and the text you when it's your turn to go in - and though we arrived early on a Saturday morning it was almost an hour before we got in.

No, most tshirts are around $10 and some times you find $5. These are all Disney Park shirts so a high quality. Some things are barely marked down and some hugely marked down. But again, it's been difficult to get inside the last year and half or so.

Go to twitter and look for "Derek Burgan" he does pretty regular reports of what is in stock so that will give you an idea.
