B~day suggestions for 8 year old DS.....

DS turns 8 on the 1st day of our trip next month. I have a PS at BB @ 11:30 on this day. We'll probably get into the park (Sun. 4/20) just b4 9 am. I'm thinking of changing the PS at BB to either Mon. or Tues. I'd like to do something special for DS ~ the last PS at Minnie's Breakfast or the Birthday celebration they have or something else ~ idea's would be great. Thanks!

Don't forget to snag a birthday button at City Hall on your way in! I think they have a phone where someone, Goofy maybe?, is waiting to talk to the b'day person, but I'm not 100% sure about that.

For my dd's 5th birthday, we did the Discover the Magic Tour and it was so much fun. It's a little pricey but well worth it for the experience and the memories. We did the Plaza Inn birthday party too and it was fun.

yes you can get them at city hall. We had 1 and my daughter had it on we came out of snow white and the cast member grabbed us and asked what ride we wanted to do next we said peter pan and she took us up the exit and we rode it no waiting.

Here is a link to a list of things to do at Disneyland to celebrate a birthday. (The birthday sticker that is mentioned in the article is now a button which Bumbershoot mentioned). We celebrated my DS's birthday there this past May and we did Goofy's Kitchen for brunch then the Plaza Inn Birthday Party. We had a great time at both. I ordered the birthday bag for him at GK and the CM's delivered it along with balloons and a little Mickey Mouse cupcake to our table. They (along with the Mad Hatter ) sang Happy Birthday to him. On the way there, I asked the driver of the monorail if my DS could sit up front with him and it was so much fun for DS to arrive to his birthday celebration that way. I hope your DS has a wonderful time there!
