B-Day Gift for Fiance Overseas

I'm writing this for my sister - I told her that I would ask you guys! Her fiance lives in Scotland and is moving to the US in the next 5 months (as soon as the visa goes through!). She is sending him a webcam so that they can Skype (they currently skype with no video!) and is going to call a local pizza place to have a pizza delivered to him at their weekly "skype appointment," so that they can have pizza "together." I thought that, alone, was a lovely and thoughtful gift, but she wants to do more.

So, what to send to a 38 year old man who is trying to downsize all his "stuff" so that he can make the move to the US??

When hubby was living in Mexico I put money on his cell phone so we could talk more. Also sent him a package of things that he loved from here but couldnt get there...not sure if either of these ideas help

Skyping with no video!! How awful ~ but why hasn't he bought one himself?? *My DH as of late Feb came from England ~ we skyped for hours, he had no problem purchasing a web cam at a local store....

For C-mas *he spent C-mas with his family *I was with him from 12/27-1/5* I gave him *this* *it came with a voucher to get one of the frangrances in full size. I just brought it with me since I showed up 2 days after C-mas.
