We were sad about leaving after 8 days at OKW and weren't scheduled to got back to October. Little sister had mentioned wanting to go around her B-day some year. Those factors plus the fact that my active duty time ends July 23rd, led to a call to CRO to check AP rate room availability and presto, she and I are going back to the World in 6 weeks. Mom can't come with us do to work so we'll have to bring her and grandma back something nice. I mentioned her B-day when making ADRs with her special meal being arrival day dinner at Ohanas- her request. We also made ADRs for CRT lunch and Sci Fi Dine In Theater. So how do I go about getting her a B-day pin or do I have to get a badge? Didn't pay much attention since I didn't think we would be making a trip near to anyone's B-day.

easy... go to Guest Relations (inside or outside) each park and simply ask for a Bday button. They treated my girlfriend GREAT on our last trip. Lots of special treatment everywhere... and don't forget to note it on your reservations or tell the front desk when you check in :)

They will give you a birthday button at all the parks in Guest Services - generally near where you enter the park (the buttons are all different except for MK and MGM). They also have one from Downtown Disney. My boyfriend and I celebrated my 40 something birthday the night before my birthday in 'Ohana (my favorite also). He told them it was my birthday when he checked in and after dinner the waiters brought over a little cake with a candle and they all sang Happy Birthday. We then walked down to the beach to watch Wishes. It was a great birthday. We spent my birthday in MK and I received a Magical Moments Certificate in the Castle along with a small cake at lunch. We had dinner that night at LeCellier in Canada and I got a wonderful desert. They wrote Happy Birthday on the plate with chocolate and then in the center there was a hard chocolate shell filled with chocolate mouse and decorated with blueberries and rasberries. I also received a card signed by the staff. All in all, it was the best birthday and we are planning on going down in March for my boyfriends birthday.
