We've just got back from DLP and seeing as we have annual passes I'm looking at sneaking in a return trip early next year. I believe with our AP we get 20% off on site hotel prices but I can't find any price details as it looks like all the prices quoted online are for the full package which includes the park tickets. Can anyone give me an idea of the hotel costs or do I have to phone them direct when I have an idea of what dates we might go? :confused3

Thanks

The AP reductions can vary but they are off the rack rates so it depends on which hotel you are after... the prices are rather frightening :scared1:

you do have to phone to get room only prices with any AP discount, they are not available online. And as Carrie says, even with AP discount allegedly applied, they can be scary high!

You can however sometimes get an idea of price before you call DLP, by looking on Expedia, as they often sell room only at the onsite hotels.

Thanks Carrie, I was worried that might be the case! There are so many variables at the moment and not being able to play around with dates and get a price online makes it even harder to come to a decision. I think we may well end up going for one of the hotels just outside!

:thumbsup2

Many thanks! Missed your reply there. That's a great tip about Expedia, will take a look :thumbsup2

:scared1::scared1: wow Carrie, those rack rate prices haven't half increased! 225 euros for one night room only at the Santa Fe? They're having a laugh, surely?

I know I was like :scared1:  :sad2: when I read them the other day

And that's the low season price 225€....I mean really 225€ for the Santa Fe which has less charm than an Ibis

Look at the DLH but be sitting down :rotfl:

You can see the latest rack rates here

To give you an idee the AP reduction atm is 40%, this offer is good for arrivals upto the 30th of June

But when you think that even the Santa Fe costs 225€ to 332€ this month it makes you think about going off site :goodvibes

Many thanks for the link/ info Carrie :scared1: indeed! Even with the AP discount that's still pretty steep. Will definitely be looking at all the options :thumbsup2

We tried the same thing as we have APs also and I couldn't believe the prices either - that's why we've stayed offsite for our last few trips and will probably carry on doing in the future. Means we can afford to go more often too! :thumbsup2
