B. B. B. for Sweet-Sixteen?

Our next trip (New Years 2014-2015), we will be celebrating my DD's Sweet-Sixteen. Do ya'll think my daughter would enjoy, and would it be weird, a surprise gift to B. B. B. on her actual birthday? I'm just talking maybe hair and make-up. Have ya'll seen teenagers do this? If not too wierd, I might even surprise my DW (Sweet-Fourty-two). What do ya'll think?


By the way, we did it for her when she was six, dress and all! It was the cutest thing in the world! When did she grow to a young lady?

I know they put an age limit on BBB, not sure if that still stands. I believe it was 12.

As was posted above, they're unfortunately too old for BBB. I bet they would love to have a mother/daughter spa day (hair, makeup & nails would all be options) at one of the deluxe resorts or Coronado Springs followed by a nice, adult meal where they could dress nicely.

Thanks for the info. When she did it at 6 yoa, there was another relative, 16 yoa at the time, that had gotten an appointment also, hair and make-up. The policy must have changed since then. Spa was my second choice. More expensive, but maybe it'll justify me going to the Richard Petty Driving Experience, while they get pampered!

Spa day! It is so lovely to be pampered, plus will make your 16 year old feel "grown up." Make sure you get the birthday pin and some celebration mickey ears though!

BBB has a limit, but Pirates League does not. The basic mermaid package is fun. I've seen teens do that look. It includes hair and makeup.
