Can anyone tell me if this is a good pick? I am looking at the one in Anaheim.

We will have a car and AP's so driving to Disneyland is the plan.

The rate is really good through the tripadvisor special offer link- $109 a night in Dec/Jan.

We love this hotel and would certainly stay there again. We stayed there years ago when it first opened. I see that it is now#1 in Tripadvisor and with good reason. It is really a nice, quiet sanctuary after a day at Disney. The rooms are lovely, great beds and a good size. It has the feel of a European Boutique hotel. The breakfasts are great too. Hot and made to order with lots of options.
The only reason we haven't been back is that our trips seem to coincide with "events" at the Pond or Angel Field and they hike their rates during those dates. $109 is a great rate:thumbsup2

Even though you'll have a car and APs I think it so worth it to stay within walking distance.

Thanks for the reply! That is exactly what I wanted to hear :) I have a feeling my parents might decide to stay there too, and maybe my brother and his family, so I wanted to double check.

I was shocked to get that rate even for New Year's Eve.
