AYCTE Pricing for Kids Under 3

I've noticed that on the Disney dining website menus for the All You Care to Enjoy restaurants, the price for kids is listed different for different restaurants... some restaurants like 'Ohana, Chef Mickey's, and Tusker House say "$XX per child, plus tax and gratuity" while others like Biergarten, Crystal Palace, and Garden Grill say "$XX per child (3-9), plus tax and gratuity".

My first thought was that this was just inconsistent labeling between menus on the Disney website, but that the intent was probably the same for all, that children under 3 eat for free. Any anecdotal evidence one way or the other?

Kids under 3 eat free at any aycte restaurant. We just returned from our trip with my 2 y.o. and her meals were free at both TH and CM.

My son is 20 months old and we just came back from our trip also. Every AYCTE (CM, Trails End, LTT) we went to, he was put in as an "infant" which meant $0.
