Kaylee came in and said " Mom whats God doing?"

I said " what do you mean?"
she said " Did God Bless America?"

Awwww :)

This morning Austin gave me my good bye hug and kiss and said Wait I ahve to give one to baby Dylan, he proceeded to hug and kiss my belly:teeth:

very sweet binny and preshi!

When my son Dylan was 3, he and his dad where saying " I love you bigger than ______" to each other and when my DH said " I love you bigger than the world", Dylan said "daddy, what's the world?"

That one got me teary eyed - they are so innocent and curious about things. I love the things kids say and write them down in a journal.

This is more funny than sweet....last fall my 5 year old was in the car with me and we were trying to find a parking space. I'm weaving up and down te aisles and he says, "Mom, there's a space right there!!! You know, the one with the guy sitting on the potty!!!!!!!!!!!" I took me a second and then I was laughing so hard----I guess he thinks the handicapped spaces are for people going to the bathroom!

the other day I was talking to my future Brother - In - Law (he's 4) and he was aking me about my grandfathers (both passed away when I was little) and then I asked him about his, (both passed away well before he was born) and he said that "since we don't ahve no grandpas, you can be my grandpa, and I'll be your grandpa!"

and it's so adorable when he talks about how he can't wait until his sister and I get married because "he gets to be the pillow boy, and drink big boy sodas at the wedding" and then he can sleep over our house.

Yesterday, DD got up with DHwahile he was getting ready for work. I stayed in bed for a while. DD comes in and says "Wake up Mama! It's Christmas Morning!"

:)

One day my dd(4), at the time was 3yo, asked my to draw a picture of Bob the Builder. I proceeded to draw a head with what I thought was a hardhat.

My daughter became highly upset, started to cry and pronounced:

"Mom that's not Bob the Builder! That's the Mailman! " :earseek:
