Today on FB the shoe store I bought DS shoes at posted a coupon for $10 off your purchase. I was just there Saturday and spent a decent chunk of change getting my 2 year old shoes (I'm normally cheap but they are quality shoes so I splurge on them and buy clothes from Target!) so I commented saying I wish I had that on Saturday when I was shopping. I was not trying to get anything just saying I had bad timing. 5 mins later I get a FB message saying to print out the message, the coupon and go to the store and they will credit me the $10 back on to my credit card! The message was also signed from the CEO and their name, I was really surprised because it is a chain so I would have thought they would have a PR person do their FB page. I thought that was awesome customer service and I was thrilled they reached out and offered something!
