i walk up to the kiosk and give my name and am told that their is no ADR in that name, give them the number, nope, sorry. and the same for the rest of the week. it never really happens........but. so, has anyone ever had their ADRs disappear????????

Yes, at Ohana. out res was for 9:10pm...late to begin with.. then they couldnt find our name.. then they "say" they found it.. but we were not seated till almost 10pm... or later... everyone else was gone.. not many people left in the restaurant. horribe experience..

to avoid that happening this year.. Im definetely going to ask for a print out at the resort of all my adrs. and im going to call and confirm all of my adrs. I just booked on June 6th, but something is telling me to call and verify

Yes I have had it happen several times -- twice at 1900 Park Fare and a couple of other places.

First off I usually make all my ADRs in one call and don't change them, don't check on them, don't mess around with it.

I tell them my name and time and then if they need it the confirmation number. I just stand firm -- usually I even have the name of the CM who made the ADR (not that it really matters but it shows I have records).

I have had them tell me that reservation was cancelled on such and such a date and I say not by me... (which is true) and I have always been seated.

I freak out about this. I write it down and carry it with me and I also out it in my notepda in my phone. It's not a dream it would be a nightmare.

is that the CM when I was booking my ADR's said that the TS restaurants don't take walk-ups. Really? So, if you don't have a reservation (or they "lose" your reservation), you basically lose a TS meal off your dining plan? I assume this is only for the dining plan. They couldn't mean NO WALK-UP'S period, could they? I almost think the CM was pulling my leg. I specifically said, I realize there will be a multi-hour wait, but what if? Nope, no walk-ups.
