I just started these pills this past sunday. They seem to be working as I weighed myself yesterday and am down a pound already. I got them when they were at the introductory price of $14.99 now I believe they went up to 19.99. You take one yellow and one red pill each day 30 minutes before any meal and they will last you one month.
