The passporter book is a good resource which can give waking times between attractions. It gives with average crowds so could be a little longer on busier days, So from that book:
MK to BTM ~ 10-11 minutes
EP - am adventure 18-20 minutes
AK to safari 9 minutes
HS to TS 7 minutes

We are in the process of selecting a resort.

I am trying to estimate worst case scenarios for travel time back to resorts for a member of our traveling party.

Its probably mainly right. Were fast walkers and tend to get to BTM in just under ten minutes, and TSM in just over five.
