Average wait for Pirates now?

We're heading out there this afternoon, and I was wondering what the average wait time for Pirates is now? I don't mean this minute, I mean the last few months...

I was wondering the same thing for our upcoming trip. I've heard they opened up the area that used to be for strollers to be a line so I imagine it has gone up quite a bit. At least it is covered and the line has always seemed to move quickly.

I was wondering the same thing because we used to be able to get on very easily. Last time we went, it was still being re-done. I suppose now there will be extra traffic because of movie popularity. I haven't ridden it yet, but I really liked the old pirates so I hope I won't be dissapointed. I think the movies are just okay. At least they didn't redo Haunted Mansion with scenes from that movie. It was dreadful!

We went last Friday, the wait said 30 minutes but it didn't seem like we waited that long.

last Saturday around 2ish the wait was 40 minutes....it was about 30. Thursday night at around 7ish it was a walk on (5min)

We waited about 10 minutes..both sides were open. It was around 6pm

Two weeks ago we waited about 20 minutes or so. We had to use the left side because my mom was in a wheelchair, so we never waited in the right line. It wasn't a bad wait. I thought we'd be there all day with as long as the queue looked, but it wasn't too bad...the best part of all was that it's inside in the A/C!

We were there this week..I waited 30 minutes one day and 10 another

10 minutes isn't too bad. But 30 or 40 minutes? What happened to the good old days of just basically walking on the ride? I guess I know the answer to that question! lol

We went on the 16th, walked right on at 1:30pm, and again later in the week, 10 minute wait.

We were there week of July 15-22. Afternoon waits (as PPs have pointed out) seemed to average 20 - 30 mins. However going during EEMHs resulted in 5 min. posted wait times. Rode it 3x in a row on Sunday night with waits less than 2 minutes each time.

I've been wondering the same thing myself. Good to see it hasn't gotten too outrageous.

We were there 7/28/06-8/13/06. Definately not the same as it used to be. We used to be able to walk on with about a 2-5 minute wait.

This year the sign said anywhere from a 20-40 minute wait. Average was usually 30 minutes. It took anywhere from 10-30 minutes usually (actual wait time).

Rode on Monday 8/21 and Tuesday 8/22. Both times mid morning, once in less than 10 minutes althought the line looked worse. The other time was a walk on.
