Average Resale Prices

Did I just dream this, or hasn't someone posted in the past a table of avg resale price/point by resort, for both small contracts under 100 points, and contracts 100 points or more? Did a couple of different discussion board searches and can't find it.

I've seen a couple of spreadsheets with avg prices, but they seem to be fairly out of date tbh

If you're familiar with excel, it shouldn't be too hard to import the ROFR data on here and get what you need.

I am not great in excel at all but plan to do something similar in future with rack rate prices against resale prices. Iv been saying it for a while so May take me a long time to do. I however will be concentrating on a specific point number of 150 or 160. I will post it if and when I do it
