Average $$$ for FE gifts?

We have been on only two cruises and the fish extender process to us was one gift per cruise for each family in your group. We have been told by our coordinator that it is really whatever a family feels comfortable giving. You may wish to search on Pinterest or Facebook for ideas...

I spent $2-5 per person then added a gift of locally made gourmet chocolate that was about $5 per stateroom.
