Avatar help!!!

just got the go ahead to have an avatar, but when I see it in posts it's my same picture twice, kinda one on top of the other. Why? And how on earth do I get this ticker business to work for my countdown??? I see all these posts how to do it but none of them actually tell you how exactly to do it and what goes where and what exactly the steps are... I found my ticker I want but now I don't know if I just paste it under my signature and it'll magically appear? Cos I've been testing like crazy and I don't see it anywhere except when I go into my actual profile and look under my signature... I'm gonna give up

For your avatar I see one picture, and for your ticker, I see one for a trip in three months. Did you have another one you wanted to post?

Are you talking about the main board, where the various threads are listed? The large picture is who started the thread, and the small picture shows what threads you have posted on. So, if you post on a thread you started, you'll see two avatars.

See here - I've posted on a couple of threads that someone else started (small avatar), as well as a thread I started (large & small avatars).

Ahh, that makes sense now Thank you! I thought I had messed up my avatar or something!
