availability question 12/6-12/13

Hello,

My wife and I are finally going to purchase resale within the next 2 months. I was wondering if i would have a problem booking a 1 bdrm at boardwalk or any of the vacation club resorts in March for 12/6-12/13

It is really worrying me and I hope you can shed some light on it.

You never really know until you call. This is a very popular time for DVC folks to head to WDW. However, chances are pretty good that you will get something at one of the 4 DVC resorts. OKW is the largest resort and the most likely to have availability. However, if BWV is your first choice, don't despair. If you can't get it when you call, I'd take what is available and then get on the wait list for BWV. I'd say chances of something opening up between March and December are quite good.

I pretty much agree with Pam - there's a very good chance of something coming through for you. But I'm assuming you are buying a BWV resale (otherwise you couldn't try for a December BWV ressie until May) and that you are not counting on a standard view.
