I have just spent a very frustrating hour (2 seperate calls and several CMs) on the phone with Disney reservations. I have a current reservation booked at the pass holder rate for Pop next month. We decided to upgrade to either POFQ or Riverside. Both were showing availability with pass holder online for my dates. I could add either of them to my "cart" and checkout if I wished but I just wanted to change my current reservation. I've never had luck with the online modify button working for me so I decided to just call. The CM I first spoke with told me she couldn't find any rooms at FQ or Riverside with my rate. Ugh! I let her know that I was looking online as we spoke and they were both available. She keep looking . No luck. I thanked her and ended the call. I then rechecked online with my computer, as well as my husbands just to make sure, and rooms were still available and I could put them in my cart and checkout. So I called disney back and got the same story, no pass holder rooms for either resort. I got nowhere. Ultimately I had to cancel my POP reservation and book a new one for FQ. So my question is, has anyone else experienced this? Available online but not via the phone? It stunk because I had to redo my FPs magic express, deposit, magic bands, etc...
