If I call to make reservations for a trip in September at OKW on July 31 will they have availabilty for a 2 bedroom for 2 weeks?

You'll only know when you call. For two weeks will be very difficult. You might get a day or two here and there. And you might wind up moving to several resorts for a two week period. It's much easier to get a longer stay at least 7 months out.

No, that will only give you a hint on what might NOT be available, not what IS available. If you own DVC points, call MS to see what they have now.

Two weeks is going to be very hard to get two months out.

I called a month ago and OKW had no studios for my 3 night Oct stay. With OKW being pretty much the lowest point per night resort, it does seem to fill up quickly.

Sept is usually slower.... but I thought I'd share anyway! I was suprised that that far out only 1 resort (SSR) had all 3 nights available!

DVC works best for members that book out at least 11 and/or 7 months. I am sorry you didn't realize this when you puchased.

I just got 5 days - the 11th - 16th in a 2 bedroom yesterday.

That would be a lot easier than 14 nights in a two bedroom.

Sometimes, you dont know when you can go. Especially because of work and other things.

That could be a problem for you because DVC requires planning if you want a specific resort at a specific time. Otherwise you are only going to get when is left over.
