Autopia Quest Two

I need a little help on how to do the Autopia Quests after the first in order to get the different color pins. I have looked all over and cant figure out how to start the second quest. Of course I DC every place I go someplace so maybe I missed it This is my first post so I hope I did it right

You go back to the same place as where you did your first autopia quest -- Autopia Test Track (is that the name?) ... After the quest window pops up, you can scroll through the 4 different car quests .
