Autopia Magic Pin

How do you get this pin. No body answers any of your questions if you know what I mean. If you know how to get the pin besides what it already tells you. Plz post.

You will need to start the quest at the Autopia Test Track by clicking on the billboard in the room.


If you do a search of this board you will find all the answers to the questions to help you get it completed.
