Automatic Upgrade???

We booked a 4 nite on our last cruise and the CM suggested a room so we took it - Cat. 11. Have since found out this room only sleeps 3 ( per Passporter) and we booked 4 persons. Should we just wait and see what happens or call now and try to correct? Would love to have an upgrade and thought waiting would help our cause. Anyone else run into this issue? This will be our third Disney cruise. Can't wait! Out first on the Wonder!!!

I know that there has been previous mentions of mistakes in the Passporter regarding stateroom capacities. The DCL system can't accept a booking for a room with more passengers than it was designed to hold.

Did you make a $800.00 deposit?

I am a HUGE fan of the passporter.
Been on 3 DCL cruises and have two more reserved. I've used the passporter each time and still find it an outstanding resource.
However, the capacity number is wrongon a lot of the cabin numbers and like the above post stated DCL will not book a room that your party will not fit in........

Yes, we made the deposit ! Perhaps it is a mistake in the Passporter!

Toothfairy, if you post the stateroom number, I have a chart with the capacities and I'll check it for you.

Check the Passporter website. They have posted a new chart you can print out with corrections made to capacity of the rooms.

DH surprised me with an upgrade for our Nov 29th cruise. I started panicking because passporter said this room only slept 3 people. DH called DVC and it indeed was a misprint in the passporter the room sleeps 4, so their is some mistakes in the passporter book.

We stayed in that room on the wonder 10/6/02 4-night cruise. It was me, my DH, my DD11 and DS7. And it was fine. It slept 4
