I just got an Automated Call from Delta letting me know that my flights for my December trip had changed schedules. I already knew it because I had checked My Itineraries on the website recently, but it was nice to get the call. It was only about a 15 minute change, and one flight number actually changed, so it didn't affect my trip at all.
