I often see folks reminded to bring their autograph books. Do the characters really sign them or is it a stamp? I have 3 littles, maybe we should do a book for each kid? or is it better to make it a family book?

Most all the Characters actually sign. There was 1 that I can remember - BUZZ Lightyear that had to use a stamp because of his costume.

If you are going to make them - maybe 1 family would be better. Otherwise you will have 3 books to find the proper Character, unless you just use blank pages. Unless they don't share well - then good luck:rotfl:

Have a great trip!

Do your children share well? If not, I would do separate books. One meltdown to avoid ;)

We did an autograph for each kid and when they asked the character to sign, they made sure the opposite side was blank. Once we got home, we added photos of them with the characters opposite the signature and they chose other photos to fill in the remaining pages. I used a small scrapbook that I found in the craft section at Wal-Mart and personalized it for each one. It is a neat memory book that they have. We didn't wait in too many lines for autographs though--most we got in character meals or when we just happened upon characters.

The majority of characters sign. The ones that stamp are Buzz, Woody, Mr. Incredible, and Mrs. Incredible (not sure about Frozone). There are also a few that don't sign/stamp. They are Beast, Sully, Mike, Bullseye, Goliath and King Louie.
