Autograph pages question?

I love,love, love all the autograph book page disigns. Although I was wondering if anyone has ever put one together with adding pages to slide in pictures taken with the characters. How would you do it? My son LOVES the characters (he's almost 17 months) I think it would be great to have a spot to insert a picture. Please share your ideas with me. This sounds like it shouldn't be to hard but I don't scrapbook so I really have no idea where to start or what to buy.

that's exactly how I did it. I carried the cards to the parks with a springy clip. I pulled out the card from the dollar store photo books (see below) & had them sign that card, took a picture and then put them both in my photo album.
When I got home I used a regular 4x6 photo album for the pictures and the cards. I also inserted text before some of the pictures by printing the text on 4x6 cards and inserting them where appropriate in the photo album.
Here's the album I carried to the parks (2 of each one, alpha by character or movie)
