Autograph page request

Hi...I am looking for someone that would be able to do a 4 autograph pages for me?!? I need Hollywood & Vine Characters, and would like the it to say Hollywood & Vine on it. I found some older versions, but they don't have the new characters (Jake, Doc McStuffins & Sofia). I am not picky at all! Something like the following would be great if possible, does not have to be the same design! I would like Jake, Handy Manny, Sofia, and Doc McStuffins, all the same design on the card except for the name and character pics. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Thanks Bababear_50...that is almost exactly what I'm looking for. Is it possible to edit them just a tad? I was hoping to have the character over to the side instead of the middle to allow for more room for the autograph, and it to say the characters name. Not sure if that is possible or not?
